Feel good on holiday

Here at Neptune’s Hostel we are committed to providing an eco-friendly service to our guests.

We are members of the Green Tourism Business Scheme (www.green-business.co.uk), a non-profit organisation dedicated to encouraging greener and more environmentally friendly business practices. We recently received a silver rating award, and hope to attain gold in the near future.

• We recycle glass, aluminum, cardboard, paper and clothing.
• We safely dispose of batteries, electrical good and gas canisters.
• We use recycled toilet paper and office paper.
• We use biodegradable bin liners.
• We use environmentally friendly laundry and cleaning products.
• We try to use Fairtrade products where possible.
• We only use low energy lighting.
• We source our energy from the greenest provider available.
